Whether people are talking good or bad is less relevant than if they are talking or not about you at all.
We often get scared to post content or reluctant to do things based on the perceived responses we think we will get from others.
Fewer people will take the time to give you a positive or good review than the ones that are willing to give you a bad or negative review.
What you should focus on is providing your clients with exceptional service and products and let the negative people continue to waste their time with their nonsense. Remember most times it's about their own insecurities not about you.
